การเดินทางไปยังวัดธาตุน้อยนั้นสามารถเดินทางไปได้หลายเส้นทางดังนี้ วิ่งมาจากตัว อ.เมือง นั้น ให้วิ่งไปมาทาง อ.ลานสกา พอเจอแยกลานสกา เลี้ยวซ้ายวิ่งตรงไปเรื่อย ๆ อีกราว 50 กม. จนพบ "สะพานพ่อท่านคล้าย" ก็ให้เตรียมตัวได้เลย จากนั้นลงสะพานก็เลี้ยวซ้ายเข้าวัด
